The mission of Pawprints of Portales Rescue is to use humane principles and education to save animals’ lives through rescue, adoption, spay/neuter services, and community programs.
Meet Charlie
Charlie is an 8-month-old brown and grey tabby. He is fixed and utd on shots. He is a former bottle baby that came to us from Furry God Mother’s Rescue in Lubbock. Charlie had a chronic hematoma on his toe from an injury when he was a tiny kitten. He’s since had surgery to remove the toe and he’s doing great! His potential adopter just needs to be aware of his medical history, but he should live a normal life – with just one less toe! Charlie is fun, energetic, and so so sweet. He is fantastic around children, cats, and dogs. Nothing bothers this amazing boy! Ask how to adopt this sweet boy today. |

Meet the pigs!
Pawprints of Portales always has pigs available. We have Male and Female. We will adopt out bonded pairs at a discounted price. The pairs are always 2 males or 2 females. We will not adopt out pigs of the same sex as we do not promote breeding. |
